1. Practice this from your next cigarette and observe yourself-
Take the cigarette in your hand and while you smoke it take 'in' as if you are taking only a 'teeny tiny' bit of it. With each smoke carefully observe and with awareness feel as if you are taking only an 'atom' of it.

2.Exercise, exercise and exercise-
