Modern Bollywood music and my disprespect

I don't know if you guys feel the same. But I think the music in the modern Bollywood films are degrading the quality what we call good music. Tell me how many youngsters will say that their favorite song is of the vintage artists who gave Indian music the respect it needed. How many will say their favourite artist is Kishore Kumar or Lata Mangeshkar? I am sure there will be few of them. The min reason is those films which encourage so dumb songs. To popularize their films the artists are asked to sing those songs like bullshit songs like 'Chikni Chameli' or 'Sheila ki jawani'. You and I know that those are no better than some bullshit rocking a party or some trash. Think of that Honey Singh crap. Do you think we should give his songs a bit of respect? I would throw a straight 'NO'. But yes there many guys who like them. I'd say I don't know why. I mean whats wrong with them. The most interesting part is that some of the guys of my college even trashed "Rabindra sangeet" and praised their great "Honey Singh". I don't know where is this going. The time is like when in reality shows Asha Bhosle has to argue with the nasal crap Himesh Reshamiya and Shaan has to argue with that crap Mika. It has happened because the single albums are so much less encouraged in Bollywood. Think of Abhijeet Sawant who won the first Indian Idol , few have actually heard his single album. After that he is lost. It is like you have got something but the guys actually prefer crap than the talent. Think of Anik Dhar , few have heard his albums. You can only say the whole winning of those reality shows were a waste. But think of the Western Countries. Where the films don't have much of the extravagant songs in between the whole film. If you have to hear a song you have to get to a CD after a "NAME". Single albums is they only know. They know singers by their name. That's the correct respect. Look at us we rarely know the artists properly who sing those songs. We say like 'that films' song rarely it comes out as 'his/her' song. I have got a first hand experience in a stage programme of Alka Yagnik. There the lafaga's were actually shouting at her to sing the "Rock Music". Just think of the situation. I can say if "The Rolling Stones" perform a live show the people will pour in like never seen before. It is because the people have learned to respect music just as it needed to be. The best part is that our music directors have even forgot to respect the vintage leaders of Indian music. It has created a situation when you don't get to sing in films your dream is shattered , albums ??? they don't even care for it. It is not even astonishing because our Directors have actually got no innovation. Yeah , think of Pritam ,who copies music like hell. Anu Malik also gets the same respect of copying. And yes he is even the judge of Indian Idol. But regional films like in Tollywood actually care for some good music and also good films. Think of the art films of Tollywood . They are even better than the crappy huge grossing films of Bollywood. Bollywood = crappy music+copied tunes+translated tunes+copied story lines. Of course there is some good in Bollywood. When it comes to the songs I personally think the Western people know how to be crazy for music and of course how to respect the music past or present. It is not even that they don't listen to crap Bieber or One Direction but they also throw shoes or bottles at them. Their music is really evergreen at the truest of term.
